Nathaniel in Love's Labours Lost with Revolution Shakespeare directed by Samantha Reading 2015
Revolution Shakespeare's second production in Hawthorne Park in Philadelphia. The production used the theme of folk and americana music to explore this delightful little play. All of the actors remained on stage throughout the entirety of the show as part of a bandstand, where we would provide musical and vocal accompaniment for the many original songs that were peppered throughout the show. The show was preceeded by a pre-show that consisted of folk and country western songs. The production was free to the entire community.

Gremio in The Taming of the Shrew with the Delaware Shakespeare Festival directed by Samantha Reading 2015
Delaware Shakespeare Festival's 2015 offering behind the mansion at Rockwood Park was The Taming of the Shrew. The production was done in the round and set around the time of the Chicago World's Fair. Original music was played during the production. For the production I learned to play simple music on the concertina as well as portraying the role of Gremio. He was protrayed in a style similiar to Pantalone from Commedia Dell'Arte.
Director of Roulette Coriolanus with the Reject Theatre Project 2015
This was a staged reading of a cut version of Shakespeare's Coriolanus. Each night the actors would pull what character track they were to perform out of a hat. We worked as an ensemble to create simple staged actions that could be done by anyone. The casting was different every night. In casting I was looking to have a diverse group, and ultimately the ensemble was mostly women and non-white men. As an ensemble we created an opening ritual for the choosing of roles. In order to add more chaos there was also a guest actor tract that was performed by a different local actor each evening. The goal of the evening was to bring a rarely heard text to audiences and create a fun ( and often funny) environment in which to expierence some chaos.

Volunteer Choir Member for The Sincerity Project with Team Sunshine Corporation directed by Alex Torra 2014
The Sincerity Project is a unique piece of documentary theatre where the main cast will come together every two years to re-create the show over the course of 24 years. The piece will evolve as the actors' lives evolve. The chorus is a volunteer body and at this time is not required to return for any other iterations of the show. We sing new melodies and arrangements made by Daniel Perlstein. The show also includes the electric slide.
